David Millán invites… Emma Ross Quartet!

The young Jazz-Singer and composer Emma Ross currently studies at Jazz Institut Berlin. Recently, next to her Bass and Voice Duo, she started her own „Emma Ross“ Quartet.
She performs from Duo settings up to BigBand in Cologne and Berlin.

Before studying in Berlin, she was part of the „WDR Young Composer‘s Fellowship“ programm in Cologne, where she started to write and arrange for BigBand as a student of Florian Ross and Vince Mendoza.
Her warm and clear sound
and her harmonically rich and soulful compositions and lyrics make her music unique and expressive.
