Ana Rocha is a multilingual German-Portuguese singer, lyricist, and composer who grew up between Berlin, Brussels, and Lisbon. With her crystal-clear and precise voice, she moves effortlessly across genres, bringing sensitivity and skill to jazz, Portuguese and Brazilian music, and folk.
Ana is playing with her duo partner Naoufal Montassere. Ana Rocha and Naoufal Montassere are two open-minded musicians who move freely across musical boundaries, creating a unique blend of flamenco, fado, choro, Arabic music, and jazz without losing their individual voices. Whether performing standards or original compositions, their music reflects their musicianship, refined taste, and openness to a wide range of musical influences. Together, they invite the audience to be carried away by dreamlike harmonies, captivating rhythms, and powerful emotions expressed through songs in Portuguese.
KONSTANTIN DÉRY
Vocals & Guitar
Konstantin Déry is a Hungarian singer and songwriter based in Berlin. His musical repertoire consists primarily of original songs in Hungarian, as well as his own musical settings of poems by contemporary Hungarian poets.
The program is occasionally complemented by original songs and texts in German and English. Déry accompanies his songs on acoustic guitar.
TOBIAS CHRISTL
Vocals, Piano & Guitar
Tobias Christl has been described as “one of the most extraordinary musicians in German jazz” (Der Freitag), with a “musical vision that transcends all genres” (Süddeutsche Zeitung).
As a singer who has found his own distinctive voice within German jazz, he moves effortlessly between genres. In his solo projects, he sings and accompanies himself on his German-language songs; with his band Wildern, he creates distinctive arrangements and reinterprets jazz standards.
His music emerges from a mosaic of personal influences – beyond stylistic boundaries and always driven by the desire to create something new.
