Tuesday Tunes with SJB Collective. Listen to some of our all time favourite jazz standards, featuring Greg Ambroisine (tr), together with Sam Appapoulay (piano) & Urs Johnen (bass).

Greg Ambroisine is a German-based trumpeter, director, educator and composer who has performed his music worldwide. Ambroisine was born in Sydney and moved to Melbourne after beginning his music studies. After graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts, Ambroisine traveled throughout Canada and Germany as a professional jazz musician. During this time he performed with trumpeter Maarcus Belgrave (Ray Charles, Charles Mingus, Motown Records, Tribe Records, Blue Note Records) and legendary drummer Richard „Pistol“ Allen.

This headphone concert is part of the new Silent Series — quiet, immersive live experiences with optional headphone use. With support from Yamaha, Sennheiser and René George Klaviere.
